Self-organisation of resources of smart environment with the object of joint activities.

A framework for self-organisation of resources of a smart environment, service-oriented architecture, and a protocol for the resource self-organisation are described in the paper. The resources of the smart environment self-organise for the purpose of taking joint resource actions on assisting people involved in a situation that takes place in the environment. The resources are represented by means of Web-services. Due to such a representation the resource self-organisation is replaced with the self-organisation of the Web-services. Main research points are illustrated by examples from the emergency management domain.References
