Representation of the Hierarchical Multilayer Routing Systems in a Set-Theoretic Base

In the article the option of application of provisions of the theory of sets and the theory of hierarchical systems for the formal description of elements of the open systems realizing interdependent multi-level processes of routing is offered. Infrastructure facilities, in which distribution of the material resources, energy or information with the use of hierarchically nested functions of control of flows and/or routings is realized, can serve as real prototypes of such open systems.References
