This paper presents developed by authors P2P agent platform, a special software product. Instances of P2P agent platform are deployed in the nodes of P2P network over standard P2P service and altogether produce distribute knowledge database, intended for organizing of semantic agents’ interaction with each other. Agents of applied system are deployed in the nodes of P2P network over instances of P2P agent platform. The functional architecture, intended for further implementation and standardization, developed by FIPA working group was taken as basis of development. Implemented program product supports such mechanisms as P2P agents’ interacting on the basis of ACL — agent communication language, white and yellow pages. These mechanisms are also were developed by authors of this paper. The role, functions and functioning process are shown using two implemented examples, which are quite important from practical point of view. These examples were also used to test and verify main system mechanisms, proposed in this paper, in particular, registering and deregistering of agents and their services in white and yellow pages, distributed searching of agents and their services in the network.

The paper describes an approach to intelligent decision support. The approach is based on integration of information and knowledge into context that models a problem to be solved or a situation to be presented to a decision maker. The context takes into account dynamic of the environment. Two types of context are used: abstract and operational. The problem to be solved is modelled by a means of object-oriented constraint networks and interpreted as a temporal consraint satisfaction problem. Compatibility of the problem model with ontology model is ensured through application of formalism of the object-oriented constraint networks for knowledge representation. The approach relies upon a twolevel framework of decision support. The framework has two distinct main phases: the preparatory phase and the decision making phase. The approach is oferred to be implemented using the technology of Web-Services.

The problems of organizing distributed computations are considered. It is shown that the main reason for arising difficulties is an absence of adequate computational model. Dynamic automata networks (DAN) are proposed as such a model. Properties of DAN and possibilities of realizing multiprocessors with dynamic architecture based on this model are considered. Retrospective review of developing and realizing this concept from recursive computers to multiprocessors with dynamic architecture is shown.

We consider different mathematical models, architectures and methods for learning, selforganization and minimization of complexity for heterogeneous polynomial neural networks (PNN) in problems of vector (widened) pattern recognition, data classification and diagnostics of states. Constructive estimates for the heterogeneity index and parallelism in the process of autonomous classifying decision making with the use of PNNs of different kinds are obtained. It is shown that the parallelism, self-organization, and robustness of heterogeneous PNNs can significantly increase in group (multiagent) solutions of difficult problems in pattern recognition, image analysis, large-scale (vector) diagnostics of states, and adaptive routing of data flows.

Processing of a directed cycle remains an open question of the Bayesian belief network theory. We propose a message-passing algorithm for initial propagation in the cycle. The results of this algorithms are fully compatible with the results of the algorithms we proposed earlier that is based on another principle. Besides, as result of this computations is formed a semantically equal image of the directed cycle in a Bayesian belief network. For this image we could perform probabilistic logic inference: reconciliation, a priori inference and a posteriori inference.

The model of the signal is being examined, where the information is divided in fixed image information and variable information of the modifiable message. The volume of the message contained in image determines quantity of arbitrary information, which can be transferred inside the image. To compare with classic estimation of information quantity, the dependence of the quantity of message from lossless compression factor is drawn. On the example of lossy compression the increasing of image stability to distortion owing to restoration of the initial message is demonstrated. Possible applications are discussed.

Now the important problems of structure dynamic control (SDC) theory are the evaluation and estimation of stability, goal, and informational-technological abilities for modern information system (IS). Our investigation shows that this problem can be solved by attainability set construction of SDC models. Preliminary evaluation of attainability sets for the SDC models lets allows to reduce the time (needed) required for solution of IS SDC tasks. Therefore in practice the different approximation of attainability sets are used. Methods and algorithms of evaluation of attainability sets for the SDC models are proposed.

A new representation structure of large vocabulary for high inflective language is sketched. Reach morphology complicates text and speech parsing. To improve the performance a two level morpho-phonetic prefix graph is proposed for vocabulary representation. Sharing the identical beginning parts and endings of different words significantly reduces the search space for a large vocabulary. Stem based language model reduces the complexity of continuous speech decoding and solves data scarcity problem for the inflective languages. The proposed graph was compared with two baseline word lattice models that showed significant reduction of topology complexity of the graph.
