The paper is devoted to the problems associated with the development of data fusion systems. Peculiarities of any data fusion development technology are caused several reasons. The most distributed mode of data fusion system operation and also distributed character of the development technology itself. These peculiarities entail a need to solve a number of very specific technologyoriented tasks. Models, methods and architectural decisions associated with the above development technology and also technology support mean implemented as a specialized software tool are the focus of the paper.

The vast diversity of the knowledge source management tools has made the problem of rapid knowledge fusion from infosphere’s distributed knowledge sources, actual. The paper is devoted to organisation principles and properties of the systems dealing with rapid knowledge fusion from distributed knowledge sources.

The researches of the Multiphase Method and the robust control algorithm of the fuzzy logic, based on the Model Memory of the Shape, with visual guiding for autonomous robots and space manipulators are submitted. Also, there are submitted the experiments on usage of a method with reference to the task of teaching by showing of assembly robots in a real time with usage 6-coordinates assigning glove. The different versions of assigning reference devices are described. This researches are represented the creation of the new human-machine interface for mini- and micro- robotics, assembly robots for an industry and space.

The researches of the Multiphase Method and the robast control algorithm of the fuzzy logic, based on the Model Memory of the Shape for assembly robots with reference to the task of measurement of coordinates for the autonomous assembly robots and the space manipulators is submitted. Also, there are submitted the software and the instrumentation of the optical television system used for 6-coordinates assigning glove for the control of the robot in a real time mode, and outcomes of experimental researches of dynamic parameters and estimations of accuracy of the optic-television system, and also, the experiments on usage of a method of the teaching by a show for the assembly manipulators. This paper is supported by the Project INTAS № 96-049 "Assembly robotics, robast forcetorque control, optimal planing based on the fuzzy logic".

The problem of programming and neural-net stabilizing of manipulator time-optimal trajectories is taken into consideration within context of neural-nets threatening for inverse dynamic model approximation. Trajectories are put into phase plane and generalized coordinates direct dependences on time and constraints are obtained. The problem of links movements’ synchronization is addressed in brief. A nonlinear control law with neural-net representation of inverse dynamic model is illustrated with simulations of 5 DOF manipulator control (without consideration of servo dynamics, i.e. Control signals are generalized forces). Method addresses time-optimal real-time control of multilinked nonlinear system.

Brief review of existent methods for speech and text understanding is presented based on analysis of publications in science journals and leading conferences on speech research. Two different approaches to language understanding problem are pointed: 1) approach based on propositional calculus and 2) approach based on meaning recognition (speech intention). The arguments for speech processing paradigm elaborated in SPIIRAS are presented in comparison with conventional approaches

In the paper, a review of the taxonomies of the attacks on computer systems is presented. The analysis of the following types of the taxonomies are fulfilled: lists of attack terms; lists of attack categories; attack results categories; empirical lists of attack types; vulnerabilities matrices; actionbased taxonomies; taxonomies based on the attack signatures; security flaws or vulnerabilities taxonomies; incident taxonomies.

Description of hybrid reactive system simulation model specification formalism is presented. The formalism is based on modifying and uniting of well known FSM and Hybrid Automata formalisms and oriented on creation of executable system specifications which are suitable for stepwise working out. The formalism expressiveness and effectiveness are discussed and results of its experimental research are presented.

The Algebraic Bayessian Networks (ABN) approach is attracted to build effective model of reliability forecasting for complex-structure system nodes, which are hard of access. ABN provides error monitoring for reliability function behavior forecasting.

A method of logical inference search with preliminary adjustment to a concrete knowledge base is considered. For the adjustment an abstraction and formal- grammar interpretation of deduction problem is used. The method allows to improve the efficiency of logical inference search.

The brief description of new technology detection of logic laws is resulted on the basis of representations of local geometry. The features of its application for search of complex acyclic patterns in sequences of numbers and symbols are described. The examples are resulted.

А pseudo-ternary number system which ensures the image representation of filming conditions independently is introduced. The variations of filming conditions are simulated within the framework of non-linear image transformations, which do not modify the ratios of adjacent intensities 'more', 'equal' or 'less'. The method of thresholding of segmented objects is developed.

In this article the model of a surface of friction in which macro and micro geometrical deviations from the nominal sizes are taken into account is submitted.
