Real-time application support by general-purpose operating systems
Abstract
The problem under consideration is an extension of the set of services of Linux-like OS in a direction of hard real-time tasks support. The case of such problem solution is regarded that consists of including into the OS an additional real-time kernel. An approach is suggested for improving of the OS reactivity and task scheduling efficiency for dual-kernel OS architecture framework.References
