The aim of this paper is to describe the main conceptions of neuron nets and quantum calculations in order to show their common properties. Attention is focused on the problem of parallel calculations as the most important property providing a considerable growth of the calculating ability. In conclusions, the task of simulation of quantum calculations on neuron nets using the algorithm of quantum Fourier transformation is described.

The system facilitating development and management by 3D virtual spaces is offered. The new methods allowing accelerating a conclusion the 3D graphics on the screen are considered and also ways of compression of the given system, that is necessary at transfer of the data through an internet.

Three scheduling algorithms are examined, static priority-driven scheduling, time sliced scheduling and deadline-driven sheduling. Their characteristics are compared for scheduling tasks in real time. New, more simple proof is offered to show that deadline-driven scheduling algorithm is capable to utilize all proocessor resource without transient overloads.

The problem under consideration is an extension of the set of services of Linux-like OS in a direction of hard real-time tasks support. The case of such problem solution is regarded that consists of including into the OS an additional real-time kernel. An approach is suggested for improving of the OS reactivity and task scheduling efficiency for dual-kernel OS architecture framework.

In the article is considering a method for recursive-hierarchical representation of one-dimensional signals with fractal properties. The increasing of processing efficiency is achieved due to the recursive representation of self-similar patterns with arbitrary scale level, considering of human perception properties and fast computational realization.

In the paper, a knowledge pattern with probabilistic uncertainty is considered. The process of consistency maintenance for this knowledge pattern is described. The code using object-oriented ILOG Planner’s C++ library implementing the representation of knowledge patterns and the process of consistency maintenance is given.

The variational method of maximum verisimilitude for problem solving of non-linear dynamic systems statistical parameter evaluation is offered. A mathematical substantiation of a method is given and exactitude performance and computing efficiency of its estimations are compared to those of the conventional approach. The design basis for development of economic algorithms of non-linear statistical estimation is determined. Numerical examples of the determination of space craft motion parameters based on the measurement’s results are given.

Substantiation of economic efficiency of an investment project, which involves both analysis and integrated estimation of the whole amount of available technological and financial information, should be considered as one of the most crucial and significant stages of pre-investment feasibility studies. For the process of creation and application of an investment project is a complicated dynamic process, it seems to be more convenient to use some computer-based mathematical simulation models in order to describe and estimate the above process. In this paper, the structure and the corresponding methods of calculation and evaluation of efficiency factors for the mathematical simulation models are considered and t hey are illustrated with an example of application of such methods to a mathematical simulation of an investment project connected with the setting up of a small hotel.

This paper analyses the qualitative influence of P.D. on modern informational technologies learning efficacy. Variations in the efficacy are considered dependent on the Psychological Defense mechanisms, preferred by a person. Based on this dependence analysis, a number of recommendations on prevention of undesirable P.D. level excalation are described. These recommendations aim to increase the efficacy of modern information technologies learning.

This paper discusses main ways of organization of a web-server for an active scientific organization, basing on example of web-server of SPIIRAS RGITE group. The proposed method provides an algorithm to calculate the minimal volume of resources, necessary for a communication channel under given requirements on the quality of network traffic service. The method is based on the information about joint communication channels and estimates of the traffic parameters. If a part of traffic is certainly known to be denied, this part should be eliminated from the network as early as possible. Although the provided method has been developed for the calculations on parameters of reserved communication channels, it can be applied for the planning in the network as a whole.
